About the role

ISFY helps well-known US skincare and beauty ecommerce brands recover sales. Every day, shoppers start an order online, add the product to the cart, and then stop before they pay. Our sales representatives call those shoppers and help them finish the order.

You are not making cold calls. The shopper already chose the product. Your job is to answer their questions, remove the doubt, and close the sale.

What you will do

• Call shoppers who started an online order with one of our US skincare and beauty brand partners
• Listen, answer questions about the product and the offer, and help the shopper complete the purchase
• Record each call outcome in our system
• Follow our call scripts and our rules on honesty and respect for the customer

What we look for

• You are based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States
• Clear spoken English
• You are comfortable on the phone and you enjoy talking with people
• Reliable high speed internet and a quiet place to work
• A computer and a headset
• Previous phone sales experience is a plus. We train you.
