Remote Setter & Closer — High-Ticket Software Sales (Commission, ~$150K OTE)
Remote Setter & Closer — and yes, both.
We're a custom software studio. We build custom software, web apps, and business systems for companies, with deals that run $5,000 to $15,000+. We're hiring one remote rep to run the full cycle: find the prospect, book the call, and close it on video. You're the setter and the closer — not one or the other.
What you'll actually do
- Source your own leads. We're not handing you a list — you hunt.
- Set your own appointments. Book qualified prospects onto your calendar.
- Run the sales call over video, start to finish.
- Handle the objections, settle the cold feet, and close.
- Follow up until it's a clear yes or no.
What you'll sell Custom software and systems that businesses actually run on — real builds that deliver, $5K–$15K+ per deal. Easy to stand behind.
The money
- 15% commission on every deal you close.
- Deals are $5K–$15K+, so each close pays roughly $750–$2,250+.
- Uncapped. On-target earnings around $150K. Top performers go past it.
- Commission-only. No base. You eat what you kill — and you keep a real cut of it.
- You get paid the moment the client's payment clears. No chasing me, no net-30, no games — their money lands, your cut goes out.
Who I want
- You've closed before and can prove it with real numbers.
- You can find your own pipeline and keep it full.
- You're sharp and calm on camera.
- You push through "let me think about it" instead of folding.
- You run yourself. No babysitting.
Who I don't want
- Order-takers who need warm leads spoon-fed.
- People who can set OR close, but not both.
- Anyone who disappears after week one.
Straight talk There's no base and no lead list — you build the pipeline and you close it. Expect a real ramp the first month or two while you dial in your system. If you're a closer who can also hunt, the ceiling here is high and uncapped. If you need everything handed to you, this isn't your seat.
To stand out: start your pitch with the word BUILT so I know you read this. Then tell me the biggest deal you've personally closed, how you sourced it, and one "let me think about it" you turned into a yes — the exact words you used.
