📋 Full Job Description:

Lumi is hiring Remote Solar Appointment Setters to join our fast-growing team. This is a work-from-home position where you’ll be provided with daily lead lists to call. Your role is to connect with homeowners, explain the benefits of solar, and schedule appointments for our technicians—either in-home or virtual—to present the full program.

You’ll guide each homeowner through what to expect, answer basic questions, and set clear expectations for the appointment. No hard selling—just strong communication, empathy, and consistency.

💰 Compensation:

• Average reps earn $3,000–$8,000/month • Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses • Paid weekly with opportunity for rapid growth
