We are a Class A General Contractor specializing in Roofing, Siding, Painting, Windows, & Gutter damage caused by hail & wind damage. We are seeking 3-5 salespeople for our local office. Must be hardworking and willing to travel to affected markets. Must be GOAL ORIENTED and MOTIVATED with GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. We will train the right person for success.

Contract Job Summary: Outside Sales Claim Specialists are responsible for contacting potential prospects in their area, developing new customers, and maintaining customer service through job completion.

We Offer: Uncapped Commission structure, flexible hours, and complete training. Here at Awalt Construction, we understand the importance of family, and we offer a competitive pay structure that ensures our Sales Reps maintain financial stability. We offer some of the highest draws available in the industry. We handle all production phases of the contract so you can focus on sales. We handle all supplements in-house for an accurate and fast turnaround on closing out files. Our average closeout is 1 and 1/2 weeks from invoice to approved invoice from an insurance claim.

Job Responsibilities: • Acquiring new accounts using a combination of leads, cold calling, referrals, and word-of-mouth. • Setting up complimentary property inspections to determine insurance claim qualification. • Meeting with insurance adjusters on properties to get the agreed scope of work and to ascertain the size of the claim. • Travel in areas that were recently affected by storms in your area locally and on occasion throughout the state. • Our Sales Professionals earn high incomes by helping property owners qualify for insurance proceeds and really enjoy helping their communities rebuild!

Job Qualifications: • Past sales experience is a plus. • Enjoy meeting and helping new people. • Great attitude and high level of energy • Work your own hours/work your own schedule. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong time management and organization skills • Must have your own vehicle. • Able to work some evenings and Saturdays. • We Provide In Person Training for this position.
