About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Head of Sales to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, securing new business opportunities, and achieving the sales goal of $2,000,000 for the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Create detailed plans that include plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
• Supervise landscape installation projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to discuss project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide leadership to landscaping teams during project execution and maintenance tasks.
• Report on sales performance and forecast

Compensation

The average sales value range is between $2,000 and $2,000,000. The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 and 3 weeks.

The commission payout per sale is 5% and there is also a monthly retainer of $5,000 for 160 hours per month.
