Job Description

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer our IT solutions that would best fit their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential clients and building a solid customer base.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
• Achieving the sales goal for the next 12 months which is set at $100,000.
• Managing the sell-in cycle time which averages between 1-7 weeks.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with new products and services.

Compensation

The Sales Agent will earn a commission payout of 15% per sale. Additionally, a monthly retainer of $2,500 will be provided for a commitment of 160 hours per month. Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.
