Sales and Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and strategic prospecting • Engage and build relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and senior stakeholders, positioning Benelux Tek Group as a trusted solutions partner • Manage assigned territories by developing and executing structured outreach and account-based sales strategies • Conduct professional sales presentations, solution briefings, and capability overviews tailored to client business needs • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through effective account management and consultative selling • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support targeted campaigns and pipeline development initiatives • Accurately track all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ZohoCRM etc.

Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or enterprise sales, preferably in U.S. markets • Demonstrated ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-level executives • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) for lead, pipeline, and activity management
