Sales and Marketing Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our handbag OEM/ODM manufacturing business in the United States. This role focuses on identifying new brand partners, managing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence in the U.S. fashion and accessories market.

Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new OEM/ODM clients in the handbag, accessories, and fashion categories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand founders, designers, sourcing teams, and product developers.

Present manufacturing capabilities, materials expertise, compliance standards, and development processes to potential clients.

Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, quoting, sampling coordination, and closing.

Collaborate with Asia‑based teams to prepare quotations, tech packs, samples, and production timelines.

Support marketing activities such as outreach campaigns, sales materials, product catalogs, and digital content.

Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and emerging brands.

Assist with trade show preparation and participation (e.g., MAGIC, NY Women’s, Coterie).

Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within handbags, accessories, fashion, or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of materials (PU, leather, hardware), construction methods, and seasonal product development cycles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.

Comfortable collaborating across time zones with Asia‑based production teams.

Existing network in fashion brands or sourcing teams is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
