Job Description:

Ochobot Tech, an industry leader in robotic technology services, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. With a focus on cutting-edge technology, our company specializes in providing innovative robotic solutions for various sectors, such as restaurant serving robot, casinos.

We are looking for a result-driven individual who can help us meet our ambitious sales goal of $250,000 for the next 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize company resources to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers while seeking out new ones.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company-wide goals.

Compensation:

We offer a generous commission payout of 20% per sale. Sales associates can expect an average sales value range between $4500 to $10,000. The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 to 6 months. In addition to the commission, a monthly retainer of $3500 for 160 hours per month is provided.

Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.
