Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling our services which include consulting, professional services, medical billing, hospital billing, revenue cycle management, arbitration, independent dispute resolution, no surprises act, prompt pay, claims payment, reimbursement support, physician advisory, physician peer to peer, and medical denial appeals.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Generate leads and reach out to prospects.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Commission Payout: 15% per sale
- Monthly Retainer: $1000 for 160 hours per month
Sales Goals
- Sales Goal for the Next 12 Months: $1,050,000
- Average Sales Value Range: $20,000 to $3,000,000
- Average Sell-in Cycle Time: 1 to 6 months
