Our mission is to provide effective and accessible healthcare services to those in need, and we are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to help us in achieving our sales goal for the next 12 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Report on sales results regularly.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the health care industry.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Sales Goals & Compensation

• Sales Goal for the Next 12 Months: $250,000
• Average Sales Value Range: $300 - $500
• Average Sell-in Cycle Time: 1 - 6 days
• Commission Payout: 15% per sale
• Monthly Retainer: $5,000 for 160 hours per month

This position is a 1099 hire type. Unfortunately, there is no hiring bonus available for this role.
