Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Newnop. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Sales Associates will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products and services, including Industry QA software, Factory Automation systems, Machine vision systems, Drones, Custom AI solutions, Custom Software, Cloud Services, Managed IT services, and IT consulting.

Sales Associates will work on a 1099 basis and will receive a 15% commission per sale, with an average sales value range of $20,000 - $200,000. The average sell-in cycle time is 1-6 weeks.

In addition to commission, Sales Associates will receive a monthly retainer of $1,000 for 80 hours of work per month.

The sales goal for the next 12 months is $500,000.
