Symbiosis AI is a leading provider of Customized Software, Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Cloud Hosting, Server Management, Software, and Applications. We are currently looking for a dynamic sales associate to help us reach our sales goal of $3,000,000 for the next 12 months. This is a commission-based position, providing a unique opportunity to earn a significant income based on your sales prowess.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your sales skills to sell our portfolio of products and services.
• Work towards achieving the sales target set for the next 12 months.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and convert them into successful sales.
• Understand the features and benefits of our products and services, and be able to articulate them to potential customers effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Resilience and perseverance to deal with the long sell-in cycle time (1 to 12 weeks).

Compensation:

The hire type for this position is 1099. You will be paid a 10% commission on each sale. The average sales value ranges from $5,000 to $1,500,000. Please note that there is no monthly retainer or hiring bonus for this position.
