Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating $1,000,000 in sales over the next 12 months by identifying and closing deals with real estate professionals.

Responsibilities: Prospect and engage with real estate agents across Australia. Present our custom digital marketing package tailored for real estate. Build lasting client relationships and drive consistent growth. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.

Compensation: Earn a monthly retainer of $2,000 (160 hours) plus a 15% commission on sales, with a $500 hiring bonus.

What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or real estate. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A goal-driven attitude with a deep understanding of digital marketing.

Sell-In Cycle: With a sell-in cycle of 1 to 3 months, you’ll have the time to cultivate relationships and guide clients through their decisions.
