Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Xenett, a leading company specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS). The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of services including Software as a Subscription, QuickBooks Automation, Project Management, Time Tracking, and Workflow Automation.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and generate sales leads
- Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Meet and exceed the sales goal of $200,000 for the next 12 months
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales associate or a relevant sales role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Compensation
The Sales Associate will be hired as a 1099 employee. The pay structure includes a monthly retainer of $2000 for 40 hours of work per month. The average sales value per deal ranges from $1000 to $3000, with an average sell-in cycle time of 1 to 3 weeks. In addition to the monthly retainer, a commission of 27% per sale will be paid out.
