- Selling subscription-based business listings
- Promoting SaaS tools for customer management, billing, and automation
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to local businesses via outbound calls.
- Educate business owners on the value of ESA Buzz’s digital solutions.
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Increase customer lifetime value through renewals and upselling.
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking and reporting.
- Contribute market intelligence and business feedback to the team.
Ideal Profile
- A driven and results-oriented professional who excels at building strong business relationships.
- Experience in media, print advertising, or SaaS sales is essential.
- A confident, articulate communicator who can quickly establish rapport with local business owners.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-focused, and committed to developing stable, recurring income.
- Well-versed in the San Antonio market and genuinely passionate about supporting the growth of local businesses.
- Existing connections from previous roles in newspapers, magazines, radio, or - Yellow Pages are a strong advantage.
Compensation & Growth
- First 4 months: 50% recurring commission payout on all sales.
- Month 4 establishes the Standard Base Salary.
- From Month 5: Base Salary + 25% recurring commission (uncapped).
