  • Selling subscription-based business listings
  • Promoting SaaS tools for customer management, billing, and automation

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to local businesses via outbound calls.
  • Educate business owners on the value of ESA Buzz’s digital solutions.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects.
  • Increase customer lifetime value through renewals and upselling.
  • Ensure accurate CRM tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute market intelligence and business feedback to the team.

Ideal Profile

  • A driven and results-oriented professional who excels at building strong business relationships.
  • Experience in media, print advertising, or SaaS sales is essential.
  • A confident, articulate communicator who can quickly establish rapport with local business owners.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-focused, and committed to developing stable, recurring income.
  • Well-versed in the San Antonio market and genuinely passionate about supporting the growth of local businesses.
  • Existing connections from previous roles in newspapers, magazines, radio, or - Yellow Pages are a strong advantage.

Compensation & Growth

  • First 4 months: 50% recurring commission payout on all sales.
  • Month 4 establishes the Standard Base Salary.
  • From Month 5: Base Salary + 25% recurring commission (uncapped).
