Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts for our sales team. The SDR will also have a working understanding of the company's products and services and the ability to articulate our value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
• Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
• Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
• Work towards the company's sales goal for the next 12 months of $1,550,000

Job Requirements

• Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Compensation and Benefits

• This position is a 1099 hire type
• The average sales value range is between $1,500 and $10,000
• The average sell-in cycle time is between 10 to 20 days
• Commission payout per sale is a flat rate of $500
• Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position
