CRM Management (HubSpot) • Import and organize leads from Permit databases and Apollo.io into HubSpot. • Tag and segment leads by categories like Active Projects, Past Builders, Repeat Buyers, etc. • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records. • Set up and optimize workflows, templates, and integrations (e.g., AirCall). 3. Lead Nurturing • Follow up with builders who have completed previous jobs and offer pricing for upcoming projects. • Send digital or physical catalogs and gather details on new construction opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers in HVAC and construction firms
