Sales Development Representative
This is a remote role for a Sales Development Representative/Intern. This is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is suitable for those seeking OPT and CPT opportunities. The candidate will help develop and implement sales strategies, support customer service initiatives, and contribute to training and enablement programs. Daily responsibilities will include managing sales pipelines, engaging with prospects and customers, assisting the sales team, and participating in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns. Interns will also have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, gaining real-world startup experience and learning how to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential customers and integration partners using email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns targeting Gabriel AI’s ideal customers.
- Analyze campaign results and market data to suggest improvements.
- Participate in product demos and customer onboarding sessions.
- Support lead generation efforts and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans.
- Work on special projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with sales, sales management, and marketing tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email platforms) is a plus.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn about SaaS, AI technologies, and the B2B sales process.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.

Open to students and recent graduates eligible for OPT or CPT work authorization. Candidates with prior internship or full-time experience in sales are encouraged to apply.
