Sales Development Representative — Legal Tech (PI & Workers Comp)

We handle SOL tracking, AI demand letters, medical records summarization, motion drafting, disbursement calculators, document sync with Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox, client portal, and a full team permissions system. Firms migrate from Clio, CASEpeer, or spreadsheets and are up and running the same day. As a Casivo Sales Contractor you will prospect personal injury and workers comp law firms, qualify them, and close deals on our standard plans entirely on your own. You control the sale from first contact to close with no middleman. For firms interested in our Custom plan you set the appointment on our calendar and we handle the close — you still earn on every deal you bring in. What you will be doing: Prospecting PI and workers comp law firms via cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach. Pitching Casivo and closing Solo, Team, and Firm plan deals independently. Setting appointments for Custom plan prospects and handing them off to the founder to close. Following up with leads and managing your own pipeline. Commission structure: Solo plan — $79 per month — you earn the first two months — $158 per close Team plan — $229 per month — you earn the first month — $229 per close Firm plan — $449 per month — you earn the first month — $449 per close Custom plan — you set the appointment, we close it — you earn the first month of their subscription plus 50% of the one time onboarding fee which ranges from $499 to $999 No cap on earnings. The product has a 30 day free trial and same day setup so objections are low. Migration from any existing CRM is handled automatically so there is no friction for the prospect. Ideal candidate: Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales preferred. Familiarity with the legal industry a plus. Self motivated and comfortable working independently. Able to prospect, pitch, and close without hand holding.
