Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is comfortable prospecting, opening conversations, identifying real business pain points, and turning cold outreach into warm qualified opportunities for our team.

This is not a role where you are expected to carry the full deal alone. Your main value is in finding relevant businesses, starting the right conversations, identifying fit, and bringing warm leads into the pipeline. Our team handles demos, scoping, and closing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Cold calling, outreach, and first-contact conversations
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and business pain points
  • Qualifying leads at a high level
  • Bringing in warm opportunities for our team to close
  • Keeping outreach activity organized and tracked

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outbound sales development, understands consultative B2B conversations, and is motivated by performance-based earnings with recurring upside.
