About the Role We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our early-stage team. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking calls for our sales closers. Your goal is to identify and engage potential clients across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels, helping us grow SmartSphere’s client base across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
• Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for closers.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and targeting.
• Continuously learn about SmartSphere’s AI and automation products to improve lead quality.
Compensation Structure We’re currently in pre-revenue stage, so this is a commission-only role at first:
• 5–10% commission on each deal you help close.
After the first successful period, you’ll unlock bonuses and eventually transition into a base salary + commission + performance bonuses as SmartSphere grows.
