Job Description

We're looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team and help us reach our sales goal for the next 12 months of 2,000,000. This role is centered on selling items and services such as PCB assembly, electronic contract manufacturing, plastic moulding, tooling, final product assembly, component sourcing, schematic design, and PCB layout.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Identify and target potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong knowledge of sales process and dynamics.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Compensation

• The average sales value range is between $10,000 and $100,000,000.
• The average sell-in cycle time is between 2 and 6 months.
• A 10% commission payout per sale is offered.
• A monthly retainer of $1,000 is provided for 40 hours of work per month.

Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.
