Sales Executive
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, combining in-office and remote work flexibility. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. The Sales Executive will also participate in sales strategy development to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales, account management, and customer relationship-building. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in a professional setting. Ability to identify customer needs and align them with the appropriate products and solutions. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Understanding of manufacturing and product customization is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
