Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing wholesale and retail partnerships, and managing existing customer relationships. This position requires a proactive sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, presenting products, negotiating opportunities, and closing new business while maintaining the premium image of the Phantom Home brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale, retail, and distribution accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, retailers, distributors, and strategic partners. Present Phantom Home collections through virtual meetings, in-person presentations, and product demonstrations. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing and account management. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other business development channels. Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives. Represent Phantom Home at trade shows, industry events, showroom appointments, and customer meetings when required. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support ongoing business growth.
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales, wholesale sales, business development, or account management experience. MUST HAVE experience within home goods, kitchenware, consumer products, lifestyle brands, giftware, or related industries is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools is preferred. Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings and industry trade shows.
