Sales Manager - In Home Closer
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: • Understand homeowner needs and advise them on the best solar, and battery solutions (in-person). • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady influx of potential business opportunities. • Add revnenue ranging from 1.5 to 2 million dollars. • Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns targeting homeowners in So. Cal.
- Culture & Team Collaboration: • Uphold and promote our company culture built on transparency, flexibility, accountability, and delivering results. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Contribute ideas and strategies to further embed our culture in all interactions with customers and stakeholders. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of sales experience in residential solar in southern california. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record in business development roles, preferably in the residential construction industry involving solar, battery, or electric industry. • Strong understanding of the So. Cal homeowner market and the understanding of contracting business specific to So. Cal or similar. • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. • A passionate advocate for the environment with a keen interest in sustainable technologies.
