SALES MANAGER — The Activation House Atlanta

The Activation House Atlanta (TAH) is a 9,100 sq ft luxury private estate on 1.5 acres in Fayetteville, GA — a premium venue for milestone celebrations, corporate activations, and commercial productions. We’re booked solid and scaling fast.

We need a driven Sales Manager to own lead follow-up, proposal submission, and deal closure. You’ll be the bridge between inquiry and signed contract — fast-paced, high-touch, closing-focused.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with incoming leads within 24 hours (phone, email, coordinated outreach) • Prepare and submit custom event proposals (we provide the template; you customize and send) • Qualify leads, answer pricing & package questions, overcome objections • Close deals — get signatures and secure deposits • Manage a CRM/pipeline to track all active opportunities • Coordinate with the owner on special requests, customizations, and final approvals • Build relationships with repeat clients and referral partners

What You Need

• 2+ years in event, venue, or hospitality sales (or similar B2B closing experience) • Comfort with phone calls and direct follow-up — no hiding behind email • Ability to customize proposals and explain pricing clearly • CRM experience (or quick learner) • Detail-oriented; you catch errors before they go out • Availability for occasional weekend/evening client calls
