Sales Professional
Responsibilities:
- Proactively visit apartments, businesses, and commercial properties to present and sell our security services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our security solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Ability to confidently present and sell security services to potential clients.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
