Sales Professional

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively visit apartments, businesses, and commercial properties to present and sell our security services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our security solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
  • Ability to confidently present and sell security services to potential clients.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
