Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and highly skilled Sales Representative to help us reach our sales goal for the next 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to retailers, using their persuasive skills to close sales deals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand and promote company products.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
This is a 1099 position. The commission payout is 6% per sale with a monthly retainer of $500 for 40 hours per month. The average sales value range is between $100 and $500,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 1 to 6 days.
