Sales Rep

We’re a fast-growing porcelain fabrication company based in Chicago, working at the intersection of craftsmanship, design, and problem-solving. We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help us expand locally and beyond. This is a commission-based role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands design-forward clients, and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders Generate new business and grow existing accounts in Chicago and other markets Guide clients through porcelain applications, fabrication possibilities, and custom solutions Collaborate with production and operations to solve design and technical challenges Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing → follow-up Represent the brand with confidence, taste, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales (construction materials, stone, tile, fabrication, or design industry is a big plus) Strong interior design vision and ability to understand aesthetic intent Natural problem solver who can think creatively under pressure Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Compensation
