Sales Representative

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Partnership Representative to join our expanding team. This role is critical for driving our business growth by establishing and nurturing valuable partnerships across the real estate and property management sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in creating connections and will work with contacts provided by us to engage potential partners, including real estate agents, watchmen, and property management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential partners using the contacts provided by the company, focusing primarily on opportunities within the moving industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to enhance business growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with our company’s goals and partnership standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners, showcasing our services and the value we can add to their operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partnership activities and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a strong track record of successful cold calling and partnership building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
