Sales Representative

Role: Commission-Based Sales Executive Location: Remote / Work from Anywhere Compensation: 20% commission on project value (No fixed salary) Industry: IT Services, Product Development, Design & Tech Solutions Target Regions: India, US, GCC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients from India, the US, and GCC markets.
  • Pitch Dimension-1’s offerings (web/app development, blockchain, AI, design, etc.) to potential leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and design teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, cold emails, referrals, and networking to drive qualified leads.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or client acquisition (preferably in tech/services).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re not looking for a job, you’re looking to build your own income stream.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of international markets (especially US/GCC) is a huge plus.
