We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who wants control over their income, enjoys working with homeowners, and thrives in a commission-based role. If you’re competitive, confident, and driven to earn — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing • Run pre-set residential estimates • Meet homeowners and present pricing • Follow up and close deals • Communicate with production teams • Generate leads during slower periods • Place yard signs to increase visibility
