Sales Representative

We’re looking for a driven, confident sales closer to help us sell a high-value solar CRM & lead generation system to solar installation companies across the UK.

This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential, ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, can control conversations, and knows how to close.

We are an early-stage but fast-moving company, building a scalable system that helps solar companies generate more enquiries, book more appointments, and close more deals.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll be selling a complete system that includes:

• Website • High-converting funnels (landing pages) • CRM & pipeline setup (GoHighLevel) • Automated SMS & email follow-up • AI lead qualification • Booking systems & calendar integration • Quote follow-up systems • Review generation systems

💰 Offer price: £3,000 per client

Your Role

• Call solar company owners from provided data lists (cold outreach) • Run structured sales conversations (you’ll have a prompt-based framework, not a rigid script) • Identify problems in their current setup (leads, follow-up, conversion) • Position the system clearly and confidently • Handle objections (trust, cost, “we’re fine”, etc.) • Close deals on the call where possible

👉 Your focus is purely on calling and closing 👉 Follow-up and backend is handled separately

How It Works (Day-to-Day)

• You’ll be given batches of ~100 company numbers at a time • Calls should be made within UK business hours (approx. 12–5pm GMT) • Work through the list at your own pace • Once completed, report back and receive the next batch • All calls must be recorded for review and optimisation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in high-ticket sales (£1k+) • Confident on the phone and able to control conversations • Comfortable with cold calling business owners • Strong objection handling ability • Able to think and adapt (not reliant on strict scripts) • Self-motivated and consistent

Commission Structure (Performance-Based)

This is a tiered commission system based on monthly performance:

• 0–3 deals/month → 10% (£300 per deal) • 4–7 deals/month → 20% (£600 per deal) • 8+ deals/month → 30% (£900 per deal)

👉 The more you close, the more you earn 👉 No cap on earnings

• This is a commission-only role (no base salary) • Leads are provided, but this is cold outreach (not booked calls) • We are in the early stages, so systems are being refined — strong performers will grow with the business
