What We Do
We help people with autism build the skills to live more independently. We hold a higher bar than the industry. Where most providers send a bachelor's-level clinician, we send an experienced master's-level one. We know our clients by name and by progress level. We don't cut corners. The families we work with are usually overwhelmed and have been let down before. Done right, this is one of the most important calls that family will have.
Where This Goes
We've doubled in the last two months and we're not slowing down. The goal is to be the largest autism provider in California. We're small and growing rapidly. Here's what that means for you. You start by owning your own pipeline. As you prove you can close, here's where it goes: build and run the sales team that comes after you, or take over referral partnerships. Over the next year we'll open roles that don't exist today, and we aim to promote within. We're small enough that there's no line to wait in and no system of permissions to go through for you to innovate. See a better way to reach families, run the assessment, or activate a new client channel? Build it and own the result. What You'll Do Talk to families, build trust, figure out what they actually need, and close the ones who are a fit. You own your pipeline and your follow-ups from first contact to close.
What You Get
$65,000 base + uncapped commission. OTE is $115,000–$180,000. Fully remote. Unlimited PTO. Competitive Health, dental, and vision. $2,000/year for personal growth, to spend on courses, books, or conferences. 30 minutes of skill practice to start every day: independent and joint live scenarios, call review, objection handling. Who This Is For
You're a top performer where you are now, and you have the numbers to prove it. 1+ year in a closing role, or a track record that shows you move people to action: top competitive speech, fundraising, recruiting, something we haven't thought of. Show us. Phenomenal over the phone. You want to sell something you'd recommend to someone you love.
