Sales Goal for the Next 12 Months: $300,000

Job Description:

Trinity Parfum inc is looking for a motivated and energetic sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge and interest in the beauty and perfume industry. You will be responsible for selling our range of products including perfumes, skincare products, beauty products, hair care products, and shampoos.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Achieve sales targets as set by the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends and competition

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beauty and perfume industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently

Compensation:

This position is a 1099 hire type with no hiring bonus. The average sales value range is between $1,000 and $10,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 1 to 5 days.

• Commission Payout: 14% per sale
• Monthly Retainer: $3,000 for 160 hours per month
