Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who would help us grow our business by bringing small businesses online. You would be responsible for representing our company and selling our tech solutions to small businesses. This is a commission-based position with a monthly retainer.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and sell them our solutions
• Understand and promote company products and services
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Accelerate the expansion of our client base
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• all leads are provided, you need to close them.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Compensation:

The hired candidate will be paid on a 1099 basis.There is a 20% commission payout per sale. The average sales value range is between $100 and $1000 with a sell-in cycle time of 1-4 days.

Note: No hiring bonus is being offered for this position.

Sales Goals:

The sales goal for the next 12 months is $250,000.
