About Skiigen: Hey there — we’re Skiigen, a small but mighty tech studio helping small businesses look big online. We build clean, modern websites and digital tools that help owners attract customers, build trust, and grow. Our work mixes creativity, tech, and pure hustle — and we’re looking for someone who vibes with that energy.

What You’ll Do: You’ll be the bridge between dreamers and digital. Your role is to connect with small business owners, understand what they need, and help them see how Skiigen can transform their online presence. All leads are provided — your job is to warm them up and close.

Day-to-day:

• Call, message, and follow up with small business owners (40-75 calls/day)
• Learn our web design platform and pitch it with confidence
• Help local brands move from offline to online
• Meet clear sales goals and celebrate every win
• Work directly with the founder (that’s me) — you’ll get real mentorship and a say in shaping our sales playbook

Who You Are:

• Hungry, motivated, and love the chase
• Comfortable talking to anyone — from a barber to a dentist
• Great communicator with solid follow-through
• Organized, disciplined, and ready to learn
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles helps, but attitude > resume

Compensation:

• Commission only (1099 contractor) *20% commission per closed deal + 10% of recurring revenue from clients you bring in (avg deal $500–$10000)
• Transparent pay, quick turnaround, and full freedom — your effort = your paycheck

Goals:

• Close 3 clients in your first 30 days
• Build a repeatable sales rhythm
• Help Skiigen hit $250K in revenue over the next 12 months
