Sales Representative – The Roofing People

What You'll Do

Run in-home and on-site estimates for residential roofing projects Present roofing solutions clearly and confidently to homeowners Close sales on or shortly after the initial appointment Learn and manage the full insurance claims process — from damage inspection to working with adjusters to help homeowners maximize their claim Identify storm-damaged properties and proactively reach out to homeowners Self-generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and door-to-door outreach Follow up on company-assigned leads from our inbound pipeline Represent The Roofing People with professionalism, honesty, and care on every interaction Log activity and manage your pipeline in our CRM Coordinate smooth handoffs to our production team after closing

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to earn Strong communicator — comfortable talking to homeowners face to face Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to inspect roofs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn the insurance claims process (full training provided) Honest, trustworthy, and aligned with our faith-driven values Prior sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Roofing or construction background is a bonus, not a requirement Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage in the Albuquerque market
