KC Bio Investments Inc, a leading distributor in the Educational Equipment & Supplies and Scientific Equipment and Supplies industries, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Superstar to join our team. Our company specializes in Biological Educational Supplies including Owl pellets, live critters, plants, and preserved material.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve the sales goal of $300,000 for the next 12 months.
• Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new offerings and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the Educational or Scientific Equipment industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close sales within a cycle time of 1 to 7 days.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 position. The selected candidate will receive a monthly retainer of $500 for 40 hours per month, in addition to a 23% commission payout per sale. The average sales value ranges from $2,500 to $50,000.
