We are building long-term, high-performing teams, not cycling through short-term contractors. This is an opportunity to step into a growing group with clear direction, strong brand positioning, and real momentum behind it.

THE OPPORTUNITY We are expanding our sales team and sales leadership across key brands. Each team member will own one brand, driving revenue, building client relationships, and taking full accountability for outcomes.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have proven sales experience, ideally in luxury, fashion, or high-ticket environments
  • Are comfortable closing, not just prospecting
  • Can take KPIs and weekly targets and consistently deliver against them
  • Operate with discipline and professionalism without needing to be managed
  • Are ready to start immediately

IMMEDIATE BRAND FOCUS AREAS

  1. VIORA -- The Magazine
  • Sell editorial collaborations and branded content partnerships
  • Drive membership sales and subscription growth
  • Build relationships with aligned collaborators, contributors, and advertisers
  1. FK -- The Couture Accessories House
  • Sell ready-to-order collections through direct-to-client outreach
  • Close bespoke commissions and custom orders
  • Develop and secure wholesale accounts with select retailers
  1. The Men's Footwear House
  • Close strategic partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Place the brand within select retail environments and partner spaces
  • Build a distribution network aligned with our positioning

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

During the 30-Day Trial:

  • Commission-based from day one, you earn on every sale you close
  • A base salary is included during the trial period for candidates who hit minimum revenue milestones, we invest in people who prove they can execute After the Trial Period:
  • A base salary will be established, calibrated to your performance during the trial
  • Rolling pay increases based on results, evaluated weekly against the prior week's performance
  • Strong performers scale their earnings quickly; there is no ceiling on what you can build here This structure is designed to reward consistency and results. The better you perform, the faster your compensation grows -- with no waiting for annual reviews or arbitrary promotion cycles.
