We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented sales professionals who excel in relationship-building and follow-up.

Role Overview

As a Salesperson at Day Translations, you will focus on selling translation, localization, and interpreting solutions to businesses with already warm leads provided. This role requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to nurture relationships through consistent follow-up.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and confident in choosing Day Translations for their language needs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with warm leads provided by the company, focusing on relationship building and consistent follow-ups.

Educate potential clients on Day Translations’ full suite of services: translation, localization, interpreting (in-person, remote, VRI, OPI), and specialized industry solutions.

Manage and track sales pipeline activity, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.

Conduct discovery calls, assess client needs, and create customized proposals.

Collaborate with project managers and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent the Day Translations brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in language services, SaaS, or B2B solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling objections.

Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
