Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Commission Sales Rep to join our team at Dazzler Full Pivot. As a Commission Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers and closing sales. You will be expected to develop relationships with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that meet their expectations. You will be responsible for managing your own customer base and achieving monthly sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers

• Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dazzler Full Pivot’s products and services

• Present and explain products and services to potential customers

• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues

• Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential opportunities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience

• Ability to identify customer needs and present solutions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the IT Consultants - Technology industry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using computers and mobile applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
