Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our sales team as a Technology Development Sales Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our technology development services and achieve our ambitious sales goal for the next 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Manage and oversee the sales process for assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector
- Ability to deliver presentations to potential clients
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package with an average sales value ranging from $10,000 to $500,000. The sales cycle time can vary from 1 to 6 months. A monthly retainer of $5,000 for 160 hours per month will be provided, along with a 15% commission payout per sale. Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.
