Job Role: We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of our industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting our sales goal of $5,050,000 over the next 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Compensation: The Senior Sales Executive will receive a monthly retainer of $5,000. Additionally, a 5% commission will be paid on each sale. The average sales value ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 1 to 5 days.
Please note that there is no hiring bonus available for this position.
Requirements:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
