About Green Convenience Green Convenience GmbH develops innovative software solutions for use cases with high requirements in data protection, security, and regulatory compliance. By combining proprietary privacy technology, a strong network of specialized partners, and an experienced development team, we deliver solutions that were previously considered legally or technically challenging. Our products include Green Convenience Attendance Forecasting and the DriverTrust Security & Verification Platform. Our clients include logistics companies, online retailers, platform operators, and delivery networks. We are in a strong growth phase and are actively expanding our sales team.
Your Role As Senior Sales Manager, you will build and structure our B2B sales operations, managing the entire sales process – from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will work closely with the management team and act as a key interface between the market, client feedback, and product development. This position is office-based in Frankfurt and includes regular client meetings and business travel.
Your Responsibilities • Acquire and grow B2B clients, especially in logistics, retail, and platform businesses • Build and manage a well-structured sales pipeline to successful closing • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations at decision-maker level • Collaborate closely with management, product, and technical teams • Systematically gather and prepare market and client feedback to improve our solutions • Contribute to building scalable sales processes and offer models • Participate in industry events, partner meetings, and client events • Actively provide market and client feedback • Medium Term: Support the development of a sales team
Your Profile • Several years of B2B sales experience – ideally at least five years – with revenue responsibility and proven success in new client acquisition and closing • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-responsibility, and drive • Experienced in selling complex products to demanding clients and confident in interactions with decision-makers • Structured and strong negotiation skills – even without pre-existing processes • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills • Excellent German and English skills • Interest in sustainability and innovation
