Senior Sales Representative (Closer) – Close Deals on Zoom for Marketing Agency (U.S. Market)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads and high-converting landing pages for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. We are offering a competitive compensation structure that includes $200 commission per sale, with a $1000 bonus for achieving 10+ sales per month.

We are looking for a professional, confident, and experienced Sales Representative (Closer) to join our team.

All Zoom meetings will be pre-booked and qualified by our cold callers. Your role is to attend these scheduled appointments, follow our proven closing framework, and close the client.

We only want experienced closers who know how to communicate value, build trust, and confidently lead the call.

Deliverables

• Run 15–20 minute Zoom sales calls with pre-qualified business owners
• Follow our structured pitch and closing system
• Identify the client’s pain points and position our service as the solution
• Handle objections smoothly (ROI, price, timeline)
• Move the client toward a clear YES
• Guide clients through payment and onboarding
• Maintain daily notes & follow-ups
• Coordinate with the Founder regarding KPIs & feedback Requirements: Fluent English (neutral or American-friendly accent) Experience closing deals over Zoom or phone Confidence, clarity, and strong communication style Ability to lead the conversation, not follow it Ability to build trust within the first 3–5 minutes Understanding of marketing services Quiet environment and strong internet connection Available during U.S. business hours
