Senior Sales Representative – Pool Chemicals / Water Treatment (Remote, U.S.)
- Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the United States.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and commercial customers.
- Promote and sell EPA-registered pool and water treatment chemical products, including TCCA tablets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry conferences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in:
- Pool Chemicals
- Water Treatment Chemicals
- Industrial Chemicals
- Specialty Chemicals
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling:
- Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA)
- Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC)
- Calcium Hypochlorite
- EPA-registered chemical products
- Existing relationships with:
- Pool distributors
- Pool service companies
- Chemical distributors
- National or regional retail chains
- Previous experience in the pool & spa industry or water treatment market is strongly preferred.
- Existing customer relationships and an established sales network are a significant advantage.
