Senior Sales Representative – Pool Chemicals / Water Treatment (Remote, U.S.)

  1. Responsibilities
  2. Develop new business opportunities throughout the United States.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and commercial customers.
  4. Promote and sell EPA-registered pool and water treatment chemical products, including TCCA tablets.
  5. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  6. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
  7. Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  8. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  9. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  10. Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry conferences.
  11. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  12. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
  13. Qualifications
  14. Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in:
  15. Pool Chemicals
  16. Water Treatment Chemicals
  17. Industrial Chemicals
  18. Specialty Chemicals
  19. Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
  20. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  21. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  22. Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
  23. Valid driver's license.
  24. Preferred Qualifications
  25. Experience selling:
  26. Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA)
  27. Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC)
  28. Calcium Hypochlorite
  29. EPA-registered chemical products
  30. Existing relationships with:
  31. Pool distributors
  32. Pool service companies
  33. Chemical distributors
  34. National or regional retail chains
  35. Previous experience in the pool & spa industry or water treatment market is strongly preferred.
  36. Existing customer relationships and an established sales network are a significant advantage.
