Harucon Ventures builds and scales E-Commmerce businesses through high-performance grwoth systems. Our focus is simple: create predictable revenue through structured processes and elite execution.

We operate fully remote and work with proven tools like CloseCRM and Calendly to manage our inbound sales pipeline.

Your Role

As a Sales Setter, your responsibility is to qualify inbound prospects and book them into calls with our closers.

You will speak with warm leads only — people who already showed interest in our offers.

Your job is not to convince people. Your job is to identify serious prospects and move them into scheduled calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via chat or messages • Qualify prospects using our internal framework • Call non-booked leads • Book qualified prospects into calls via Calendly • Manage conversations efficiently and professionally • Update lead status inside CloseCRM • Maintain a high-quality pipeline for the closing team

Tools You Will Use

• CloseCRM • Calendly • Messaging platforms (depending on funnel)

Everything is structured — you will follow a clear system.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong written communication skills in English • Organized and reliable • Comfortable speaking with prospects online • Able to follow structured processes • Sales mindset and performance orientation

Previous setter or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you are coachable and driven.
