Solar Account Executive

As a Solar Account Executive, you are the crucial link between our qualified leads and a closed deal. You will manage a pipeline fueled by two powerful streams:

  1. Preset Appointments: Consult with our inbound, pre-qualified leads—homeowners who have requested a quote from us.
  2. Self-Generated Leads: Hunt and close business from your own network, referrals, and prospecting efforts, rewarded with our premium commission tier.

This hybrid model provides the security of a consistent lead flow and the unlimited upside of entrepreneurial hustle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct professional, consultative sales presentations (virtual or in-person). · Master and effectively communicate our financial models, incentives, and technology. · Manage a robust pipeline using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) with discipline. · Overcome objections and guide homeowners to a confident "yes." · Customize proposals to meet specific homeowner needs and close deals.

What You Bring (The Closer's Profile):

· 2+ years of proven success in a commissioned sales role, preferably in solar, home services, roofing, HVAC, or high-ticket B2C sales. · A track record of exceeding targets and a hunger for uncapped income. · Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you build rapport quickly. · An entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with impeccable time management. · Resilience and a deep-seated desire to win.
